Via a tele-sales job, promoter for a field marketing bureau, marketer for a car repair company, intern at the marketing department of GE, ad-interim manager for a small Metal Recycling company, Owner of a small marketing consulting company, and Account Manager New Business / Marketing Project Manager at a data vendor, I am currently working with vwd group as Business Development Manager.

Within TBM (as of 2008 part of vwd group) I have started as an intern, my graduation assignment was to create an improved corporate strategy and a new operational strategy for business customers in France. In addition I was responsible to implement this plan, including project meetings, development of a new look & feel, and a new website.

After my graduation at TBM, I have worked as an Account Manager New Business / Marketing Project Manager. Besides acquisition of new customers, negotiate business proposals I was responsible for New Business initiatives. This concerns as well sales as marketing, developing the concept, marketing and sales strategy and realising the first deals.

In the function as Marketing Project Manager I have had the responsibility for initiating and coordinating marketing related projects. Furthermore I was responsible for realisation and execution of the operational marketing plan, gave advice and discussed strategic options with the board.

Next to these jobs, I have co-founded RB Solutions. As a company, we deliver a large package of marketing activities, like: consultancy, web design, market research and branding. We have completed several assignments with great success.

From the start of my professional career I am searching for marketing and sales related challenges, with the objective to grow on professional and personal level. After completing my Master of Commerce in Marketing in Australia (2008) I start a new challenge in the position of Business Development Manager at vwd group.

As Business Development Manager I report directly to the General Manager who is responsible for the business units in The Netherlands, Belgium, and France. Within this position I work in cooperation with the board on strategic projects. Next to this I am responsible for integration projects within vwd group.
