Market potential analysis
The market potential analysis was divided in different segments, including; companies with more than 300 employees, public authorities, education and insurance companies. Per segment general information was covered, the procedure was described and the DMU was protracted according to the solution of temporary accommodation problems. In addition the market was researched to define the needs, wants and potential of each segment.

Besides the conclusions and recommendations a tangible action plan was created. This action plan had the objective to adapt to the potential in the market or to do further research per segment.

Within the segment insurance companies in combination with the segment companies with more than 300 employees GECMS specified in 2005 and 2006 a number of action points. In 2007 GECMS created Alert, a Benelux concept, which offers companies the certainty to receive a fully furnished office building within 24 hours after a disaster has occurred.
