MiCura, founded in June 2006, is a small beauty salon based in Bergen op Zoom, The Netherlands. The company offers relaxing and cosmetic treatments for face and body, together with skin problem consulting connected to cosmetic products sales.
Google AdWords Campaign
The Google AdWords project was divided in three parts. First a proposed AdWords Strategy was created after an enhanced briefing with the company about their objectives in terms of geo-targeting, budget, CTR, views, visits etc. To create an effective and well structured campaign the campaign was divided into three main categories: the brand, treatments and products. These were further segmented into 25 AdGroups. All AdGroups had individual keywords, texts and landing pages. This because it results in an improved Ad-position and therefore more clicks.
In addition, Google’s AdSense network was used to create thousand of impressions improving the brand awareness. Ads were placed on beauty portals and websites designed to provide gift ideas.
The second part was managing the campaign on a daily basis during the three weeks as all the Ad Groups, budget management, the geographical and demographic target area.
The third and final part was realizing the post-campaign strategy that included a campaign overview, key results where links between different metrics were showed. Also as a consultant concerning the client’s future online marketing.
