TBM in France
In exception of The Netherlands and Belgium, TBM was not aware of the sales and marketing possibilities in Western Europe. Because of this problem and internal audits, TBM decided to research the market in France in terms of financial content. In addition TBM wanted consult about the positioning strategy of business-to-business customers in France.
From analysis to implementation
In the first stage the detailed problem and objectives were defined within a ‘performance-contract’. After this the ‘performance-contract’ was completely elaborated into a action plan together with a complete plan. The first part of the total project ‘TBM in France’ existed out of a situation analysis. In this stage I investigated the market in terms of financial content and TBM’s market position in France. This plan resulted into an improved corporate strategy and a new operational strategy for business customers in France.
In the last stage of the project I realized an implementation plan, including budget and time schedules. In addition I was responsible to implement this plan, including project meetings, development of a new look & feel, corporate logo and a new website.
