For decades TBM has been trend-setting in the Benelux region in the area of publishing financial economic information, from the delivery of raw data to the development of complete quote pages and financial websites. TBM specialises in the custom-made distribution of financial information through various channels, such as share price information systems, print, videotext, Internet/intranet and telephone services.
F1 Monza 2007-event
There are more than 1.5 million investors in The Netherlands. Just a small group of companies within the financial world deliver financial content to this target group. Next to this these group of companies have only a few key suppliers. One of the key suppliers for these financial companies is data vendor TBM.
TBM, as key-supplier wants to optimize the business relationships within this small but important group of companies. This is one of the reasons for TBM to organize a major customer relations event.
Within the F1 Monza 2007-event I was responsible for the total organization, including selecting, bargaining, presenting, composing and guiding of this spectacular event. The objective within the organisation and planning of the event was to give answers on questions like:
• What is the budget we can spend?
• What are the barter possibilities?
• Which customers will be invited?
• What kind of event suit the invited customers?
• Where can the event take place?
• What are the possibilities in terms of date and time?
• Etcetera
I also created a special event-website, here the customers could find information about the F1 Monza 2007-event. After the event the invited customers could react on photos that were taken during the event.
